A complete 16-piece nozzle maintenance kit for FDM 3D printers. Everything you need to clear clogs, clean residue off the hotend, and keep your nozzle in perfect working condition - all stored in a compact protective tube.

What's in the Box (16 pcs)

  • Nozzle Cleaning Needles × 10 - stored in a protective tube with blue cap:
    • 0.4mm × 2 (8cm length)
    • 0.5mm × 2 (7cm length)
    • 0.35mm × 2 (7cm length)
    • 0.25mm × 2 (7cm length)
    • 0.15mm × 2 (5cm length)
  • L-Shaped Socket Wrenches × 2 - for nozzle tightening and removal
  • Cleaning Brushes × 2 - 1 brass wire brush + 1 nylon brush for scrubbing off burnt filament residue
  • Anti-Static Tweezers × 2 - 1 straight + 1 angled, for pulling stringing filament and handling small parts

How to use it

  1. Heat the nozzle to 250 °C (Bambu Lab's setting for PLA, PETG, TPU and ABS), move the bed away from the nozzle and put on heat-resistant gloves. Keep your face away from the nozzle.
  2. Pick a needle no wider than your nozzle and slide it into the tip a few times. Do not push it deep, or the clog can move higher.
  3. Finish with a cold pull to clean the inside of the nozzle.
  4. While the nozzle is hot, brush burnt plastic off the outside with the brass brush and lift soft blobs with the tweezers.

On X1 and P1 printers with a 0.2 mm nozzle, Bambu Lab advises skipping the needle.

Compatible With

Works with most FDM 3D printer nozzles including standard 0.4mm, 0.2mm, 0.3mm, 0.5mm, and 0.6mm nozzles.
