💡 Installation Tip

For the best results when heat-setting into 3D printed parts:

• Hole diameter: Make the hole 0.2mm smaller than the insert's outer diameter (OD). This ensures a tight grip against the knurled surface.
• Hole depth: Make the hole 0.5mm deeper than the insert length. The extra space at the bottom allows excess melted filament to deposit downward instead of flowing upward around the insert.
