Bambu Lab 40W Laser Module - H2D/H2C

The 40W Laser Module is the power upgrade for a laser-ready Bambu Lab H2D or H2C, with 40 W of laser power, four times the 10W module in the Laser Upgrade Kit. It cuts basswood plywood up to 15 mm (up to 10 mm in a single pass) and engraves at up to 1000 mm/s. It mounts in place of the 10W module and uses the same safety windows, platform, air assist and ventilation.

• 40W 455 nm Blue Laser - Cuts basswood plywood up to 15 mm, versus about 5 mm with the 10W module.
• 1000 mm/s Engraving - Two and a half times the engraving speed of the 10W, for production runs and large fills.
• Same Materials, More Depth - Cut plywood, basswood, bamboo, cork, dark acrylic and PU leatherette; engrave stone and ceramic; mark metal (no metal cutting).
• Quick-Release Mount - Swap between the 10W and 40W modules; run the laser setup again on the printer after each change.
• Contactless 3D Mesh, Air Assist and Flame Sensor - All the safety and precision features of the H2 laser system carry over.

Before You Buy

• Requires a Laser-Ready Printer - An H2D or H2C with the Laser Upgrade Kit installed, or a factory H2D/H2C Laser Full Combo. It cannot be used on a standard printer; start with the Laser Upgrade Kit - H2D/H2C.
• Not for the H2S - H2S owners use the 10W module that comes in the H2S kit.
• Stay With the Machine - On long, high-power cuts the printer asks you to tap Check on the screen at intervals to confirm someone is present. Never leave a laser job unattended.
• Software - Laser jobs are prepared in Bambu Suite, Bambu Lab's 2D laser software, not in Bambu Studio.
