PPS-CF is an ultra-high-performance carbon fiber-reinforced polyphenylene sulfide filament built for the most demanding engineering applications. With heat resistance exceeding 200°C, outstanding chemical and flame resistance, and exceptional dimensional stability, it is designed for aerospace, automotive, chemical processing, and industrial environments where parts must withstand extreme temperatures, aggressive chemicals, and sustained mechanical loads. Requires a hardened steel nozzle, fully enclosed printer with high-temperature capability, and a heated build plate at 120°C+. This is one of the most advanced FDM filaments available.
