Cube OE PFA Release Film - Dentratec L1 Pro (330 x 255 mm)

The release film is the part every resin print depends on. It sits at the bottom of the tank and lets each cured layer peel away cleanly. As it clouds, scratches or loses its tension, prints start failing in ways that look like a dozen other problems - layers stuck to the tank, holes in the base, whole plates lifting off. Replacing it is the cheapest fix in resin printing, and the one most often left too late.

This is our own film, cut for the Dentratec L1 Pro series and priced well under the branded equivalent.

When to replace it

• The film has gone cloudy or milky where the print sits
• There are scratches, dents or a permanent stretch mark
• Prints have started failing at the base for no other reason
• As routine, after roughly two months of steady printing

Fitting it

Keep the sheet flat until it goes on and handle it by the edges - a crease or a fingerprint in the print area shows up in the very first print. Tension it evenly and let the tank settle for a few minutes before pouring resin back in.
