Under-curing is the quiet failure in dental printing. A part comes off the plate looking finished, but the resin has not fully converted - so it stays soft, discolours, and does not behave the way the material was validated to behave. The cure step is where a printed part becomes a clinical one.

The UV 1000 is built for that job rather than adapted to it. Thirty-five LEDs light the chamber from above and below, so a part is cured from every side without being turned, and they run across three wavelengths - 365, 385 and 405 nm - because different dental resins are triggered by different photoinitiators. One chamber therefore handles models, splints, surgical guides, temporaries and castables properly.

Why the memory settings matter

A lab runs the same few materials every week, each with its own cure time. Saving those three programmes means the technician presses one button instead of setting a timer and hoping - which is where inconsistency creeps in.

Supplied with a one year warranty and supported locally. If you want to see it running before deciding, come to the showroom or message us on WhatsApp.
